Assurance Realty Services is led and owned by a passionate and dedicated professional Christabel Jno Baptiste, who is the founding and Managing Director. She hails from the stunning Caribbean Island of Dominica, affectionately known as the "Nature Isle," a gem still blossoming in its development.

Christabel Jno Baptiste brings over 20 years of exceptional customer service experience, gained through her career in tourism and hospitality. Her extensive interactions with local, regional, and international investors have given her a unique understanding of what it takes to navigate the real estate landscape in Dominica. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Management with a minor in Tourism and Destination Management from Monroe College, New York.

She also earned a Professional Diploma in Social Marketing from Shaw Academy, an Associate of Arts Degree in Tourism and Hospitality and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from the Dominica State College, and certifications in Project Management and Climate Change and Sustainability from the University of the West Indies (UWI). Additionally, Christabel has academic accolades in French and Spanish, which enhance her ability to engage with diverse clients worldwide.
